6. To Bid:
   1. Watch your TV screen for the item you wish to bid on. Call the auction number above or the number on the screen and tell the operator your name, phone number, the item number and your bid.
   2. Note that there are 20 operators answering taking bids, so while it may seem that your bid is higher than the amount on the bid board, some other caller may bid above you with another operator.
   3. The operator cannot tell you what the current highest bid is – they don’t see it. So if you wish to have the item, bid high. You may lose by as little as $2.
   4. Bid early, as the lines will be busy towards the group’s end.
   5. Minimum opening bid - 20% of item's value.
      Minimum bid increment - $2 for regular groups, and $5 for the last two hours of each day.
7. Successful bidders for all items will be contacted by the phone number provided within 10 - 20 minutes after each group ends. If you believe that you were the highest bidder, please leave your line free so that we can call you and confirm your successful bid.
